1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

BondXe (developed by BondXe Private Limited) has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, with particular emphasis on protecting minors from harm, exploitation, and abuse.

We recognize our responsibility to prevent, detect, and respond to any instances of CSAE on our platform. This document outlines our comprehensive approach to child safety and our compliance with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.

2. Explicit Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

STRICT PROHIBITION:

BondXe explicitly and absolutely prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any content, communication, or behavior that involves or promotes the sexual exploitation of minors
  • Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
  • Any activity that endangers the safety or well-being of children
  • Creating, uploading, or sharing any content that depicts or describes sexual activity involving minors
  • Using the platform to facilitate any form of child exploitation

Violation of this prohibition will result in immediate and permanent account termination, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and full cooperation with legal investigations.

3. In-App Reporting and User Feedback Mechanisms

BondXe provides multiple in-app mechanisms for users to report concerns, including suspected CSAE:

  • In-App Report Feature: Users can report inappropriate content, behavior, or users directly through the app's reporting system. This feature is accessible from user profiles, chat conversations, group pages, and content posts.
  • Safety & Support Section: The app includes a dedicated "Safety" section where users can access reporting tools, safety resources, and contact support.
  • Contact Support: Users can submit detailed reports through the in-app "Contact Support" feature, which allows categorization of issues including "Safety & Security" concerns.
  • Block and Report: Users can immediately block and report other users who engage in suspicious or harmful behavior.

All reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours, with priority given to reports involving child safety concerns. Reports of suspected CSAE are escalated immediately to our child safety team and law enforcement authorities when appropriate.

4. Method for Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

BondXe has established comprehensive procedures for addressing CSAM:

Our CSAM Response Process:

  1. Immediate Removal: Any content identified as CSAM is immediately removed from our platform upon detection or report.
  2. Account Termination: Accounts associated with CSAM are permanently terminated immediately, with no opportunity for appeal.
  3. Preservation of Evidence: We preserve all relevant information and evidence in accordance with legal requirements to support law enforcement investigations.
  4. Law Enforcement Reporting: We immediately report all instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable laws, including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
  5. Prevention Measures: We employ automated detection systems, content moderation, and user verification processes to prevent CSAM from being uploaded or shared on our platform.
  6. Regular Monitoring: Our safety team continuously monitors the platform for potential CSAM and takes proactive measures to identify and remove such content.

5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws and Regulations

BondXe complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) in India
  • 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (Reporting requirements for CSAM in the United States)
  • EU Directive 2011/93/EU on combating sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children
  • All applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding child protection and online safety
  • International child protection standards and best practices

We maintain regular training for our staff on child safety issues, legal requirements, and best practices. We also conduct regular audits of our safety procedures to ensure continued compliance.

6. Age Verification and Protection Measures

BondXe implements multiple measures to protect minors:

  • Age verification during account registration to ensure users meet the minimum age requirement (18 years)
  • Automated systems to detect and prevent underage users from accessing the platform
  • Content moderation to ensure all content is appropriate and safe
  • User education and safety resources available within the app
  • Restrictions on certain features for users who cannot verify their age

Note: For immediate emergencies involving a child in danger, please contact your local law enforcement authorities immediately.

All child safety reports are handled with the highest priority and confidentiality. We respond to child safety concerns within 24 hours and immediately escalate reports of suspected CSAE to appropriate authorities.

8. Cooperation with Law Enforcement and Authorities

BondXe fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations, and regulatory authorities in investigations related to child safety. We:

  • Preserve and provide relevant information as required by law
  • Respond promptly to legal requests and subpoenas
  • Report suspected CSAE to NCMEC and relevant authorities as required by law
  • Maintain records in accordance with legal requirements
  • Work with international law enforcement agencies to combat child exploitation

9. Updates to These Standards

BondXe may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or industry standards. We will notify users of material changes through the app and on our website. Continued use of BondXe after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated standards.

10. Acknowledgment

By using BondXe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Child Safety Standards. You understand that:

  • BondXe has a zero-tolerance policy for CSAE
  • Any violation of these standards will result in immediate account termination and legal action
  • BondXe will report suspected CSAE to law enforcement authorities
  • You have a responsibility to report any suspected child safety concerns
